Product & Project Manager

This person will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital products, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from early discovery through delivery and continuous improvement after launch. They will be responsible for defining what should be built and why, translating business goals and user needs into product scope, priorities, and roadmaps, and leading the team through planning and execution to ensure delivery is predictable and successful. They will work directly with clients, help them make product decisions, manage risks and priorities, and ensure the team stays focused on building the right product in the right way. This role sits at the intersection of product, delivery, and client partnership, where decisions and execution come together.
