US Health Tech Commercial Lead

We're looking for a senior sales professional to help grow Light-it in the US health tech market. This person will own new business generation, lead commercial conversations, and close meaningful deals with healthcare and digital health companies. From day one, they should be able to activate their network, open doors, and move opportunities forward. This is not a passive role; it's for someone commercially sharp, proactive, and ready to make an immediate impact.

Main required skills

  • Bring a demonstrated track record of closing B2B deals in the $300K–$1M+ ACV range.
  • Hold an existing network of relevant decision-makers like CTOs, CPOs, Heads of Engineering, at US health tech startups or mid-market companies.
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in health tech services, with proven ability to generate pipeline and close consistently.
  • Sell consultatively rather than transactionally, able to understand business needs and position solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial judgment, organizational discipline, and a high level of ownership.
  • Communicate fluently and confidently in English across different seniority levels.
