Their role involves prioritizing tasks, mitigating risks, and ensuring client satisfaction while overseeing team organization and motivation.

We are looking for someone able to

- Enjoy working within a constantly changing and demanding environment while project managing and prioritizing multiple tasks at one time.

- Organize the team, keep track of their progress & blockers, and keep them motivated.

- Be a proactive problem solver able to work in a structured way.

- Handle priorities, risks, and client expectations.

- Handle and monitor the project’s metrics.

- Be analytical, critical thinker, and problem solver who can think through process challenges and develop effective improvements.

- Manage and perform demos, sprint overviews, roadmap, etc.

- Understand clients’ requirements, goals, and expectations and convert them into actionable tasks.

- Handle customers with different levels of technical and business knowledge.

- Work on identifying new opportunities within the project and client.

- Make sure every aspect of a task is properly handled.

- Manage the project’s stakeholders and providers.

Main required skills

- Strong understanding of project management principles and status reporting.

- Technical background.

- Solid understanding of software, version control, environments, etc.

- Have a product mindset! Business Analyst background is a plus!

- Must be able to speak fluently in English.

- Healthcare expertise is a plus.
